What We Do
Design Process
Our design approach is tailored to each client, focusing on the specific product and scope of work required. This process is defined during the design consultation, which takes place prior to the initiation of any contract. The consultation allows both parties to clearly establish project goals and expectations, ensuring that the work aligns with the client’s vision from the outset.
Expectations
We expect a 100% commitment from both parties to the agreed-upon collaboration schedule. While we anticipate and plan for potential design challenges, our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality designs within the deadlines set forth and agreed to by all involved. Clear communication is key, and we will ensure that any necessary adjustments are discussed in a timely manner.
Contract Structure
- The minimum contract term is four (4) months, with the option to extend on a month-to-month basis depending on the product and scope of work.
- After the initial consultation, we will provide a clear timeline outlining the expected contract duration and any potential extensions that may be required.
- Should any delays arise, whether due to unforeseen circumstances or changes initiated by the client, we will communicate these adjustments and their potential impact on the contract length. Any modifications to the contract will require written consent from both LAUX DESIGNS CORP and the client.
- Contracts may be terminated by mutual agreement, with both LAUX DESIGNS CORP and the client providing signed consent for termination.
Trust
We build our relationships on trust. No payment is required until the end of the first month, when we will present our initial design work. If the client approves the designs, the first contract installment will become due. However, if the client is not satisfied, they are not obligated to pay, and the contract will be terminated. Until the first payment is made, the client does not have the right to use, access, or reproduce any work produced during this period. Unauthorized use of the designs without payment will result in legal action.
Billing
- Contracts are billed monthly, with installment payments due at the end of each month.
- Payments must be made for the full duration of the contract term, regardless of whether the client requests early termination.
- Minimum contract obligation is four (4) months.
- Late or missed payments will incur a 25% service fee, and work will pause until the balance is settled.
- Prompt payment ensures that work continues uninterrupted.
Government Contracting
We also specialize in government contracts, delivering secure, scalable design solutions that adhere to federal, state, and local standards. Our team’s expertise spans both the public and private sectors, allowing us to craft intuitive, accessible products that meet stringent requirements and drive growth. We are committed to creating user experiences that truly matter, ensuring the success of both our clients and their end-users.
